Over-range alarm indicates that the machine has reached its limit during operation. Please follow the following steps to check:

1. Whether the designed graphic size is beyond the processing range.

2. Check whether the connecting line between the machine motor shaft and the screw is loose. If so, tighten the screw.

3. Whether the machine and computer are grounded correctly.

4. Whether the current coordinate value exceeds the range of soft limit values

When overrunning, all motion axes are automatically set in the point-moving state. As long as the manual direction key is pressed all the time, the connecting motion state can be restored at any time when the machine leaves the limit position (i.e. the overrunning point switch); when moving the worktable, the direction of movement must be far away from the limit position; and the soft limit alarm should clear XYZ in the coordinate setting.
