Analysis Of Sawing Parameters Of Diamond Disc Sawing Machine

Diamond disc stone sawing machine is mostly used to cut granite. It has simple structure, strong sawing mobility, and can cut scrap at will according to the process. But in the process of using, the bending of sawing board has always been a headache for stone processing factories, and it is also a difficult problem to solve. The first manifestation of bending in stone sawing is that the flatness of the plate is extremely poor in the length direction of sawing, which is called left-right bending.

The second manifestation of stone sawing bending is that the flatness is extremely poor in the direction of sawing depth, which is called up-down bending. It is generally believed that the main reasons for the bending of diamond saws are the use of saw blades (finished products) and the quality of diamond disc stone sawing machine, and the formulation and implementation of sawing technology in the process of customer processing. In addition, it is related to the operation quality of the whole machine and the installation and maintenance of the machine during its use, as well as the cooling and lubrication of the cutting process.

The experience of some stone factories is worth learning and using for reference: when the stone is bent, the amount of cutting should be reduced appropriately, the speed of horizontal cutting should be increased, and the remedial effect is obvious. Therefore, when using diamond disc sawing machine to cut stone, mature cutting technology should be strictly implemented. 1. Linear speed of saw blade: In practical work, the linear speed of circular saw blade of diamond disc stone sawing  machine is limited by equipment conditions, quality of saw blade and the nature of cut stone. In terms of the service life and cutting efficiency of a good saw blade, the linear speed of the saw blade should be selected according to the nature of different stones. When cutting granite, the linear velocity of the saw blade can be selected in the range of 25 m~35 m/s. For granite with high quartz content and difficult to cut, the lower limit value of saw blade linear velocity is appropriate. In the production of granite tile, the diameter of circular saw blade of diamond disc stone sawing machine is smaller and the linear speed can reach 35 m/s.

2. Sawing depth: Sawing depth is an important parameter related to diamond wear, effective sawing, force of saw blade and properties of sawn stone. Generally speaking, when the linear speed of circular saw blade of diamond sawing machine is high, small cutting depth should be selected. According to current technology, the depth of diamond sawing can be selected between 1 mm and 10 mm. When large diameter saw blades are used to cut granite scrap, the cutting depth can be controlled between 1 mm and 2 mm, and the feed speed should be reduced at the same time. When the linear velocity of diamond circular saw blade is relatively high, a large cutting depth should be selected. However, within the permissible range of the performance of the saw and the strength of the cutting tool, the cutting concentration should be as high as possible to improve the cutting efficiency. When there is a requirement for the machined surface, small depth cutting should be adopted.

3. Feeding speed: Feeding speed is the feed speed of cut stone. Its size affects the sawing rate, the force on the blade and the heat dissipation in the sawing area. Its value should be selected according to the nature of the cut stone. Generally speaking, sawing soft stone, such as marble, can properly improve the feed speed, if the feed speed is too low, it is more conducive to improving the sawing rate. Sawing fine-grained and homogeneous granite can properly increase the feed speed. If the feed speed is too low, the diamond edge is easily flattened. However, when sawing granite with coarse grain structure and uneven hardness and softness, the feed speed should be reduced. Otherwise, the vibration of the saw blade will lead to diamond fragmentation and reduce the sawing rate. The feed speed of sawing granite is generally selected in the range of 9m-12m/min.
